The Kardena CARE SOS 3 health watch is designed for people who want to live independently – and for families who want to know: if there’s an emergency, I’ll be told straight away.
What makes this health watch special
One press is all it takes. Up to three emergency contacts are called automatically – with live location.
Detects falls on its own. If there’s no response, the emergency call is triggered automatically.
With built-in 4G, the watch makes calls directly over the mobile network.
Clear text, easy to read and simple to use with just two buttons.
Safety is more than an emergency call
As well as the emergency function, the CARE SOS 3 helps you keep an eye on important health readings every day:
- Heart rate
- Blood oxygen (SpO₂)
- Blood pressure guidance
- Body temperature
- Sleep analysis, including REM sleep
- Cardiovascular alerts
The watch is not a substitute for a medical device, but it can help you notice changes early.
Making sure the emergency call works reliably
The CARE SOS 3 watch needs an active nano SIM card so that:
- emergency calls can be made
- location data can be sent
- calls can be made directly from the watch
Without a SIM card, the emergency call function cannot be used.

1. Always open the app first
Please connect your watch or ring in the app using ‘Add device’.
2. Don't pair directly via Bluetooth
The connection should be set up in the app, not in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings first.
3. Keep Bluetooth switched on
Bluetooth must be switched on during setup and for syncing afterwards.
4. Allow permissions
Give the app the permissions it asks for, so that readings, notifications and connections work reliably.
Tip: If you're not sure which app is the right one, please open the user manual for your model first.

Storage and Transmission of Data
The devices generally first store measurements locally on the device. When connected to the respective app, the data is transferred to the connected end device and, depending on the app concept, may be stored on the servers of the app provider or their service provider.
The specific storage duration, the exact storage location, and the underlying legal basis are set out in the privacy policy of the respective app provider. Please read these notices carefully before using the app.
Access, Export, and Erasure of Your Data
Where the respective app provides an export function, you can export your data yourself in a commonly used format. In addition, you can request information at any time from Kardena about the data generated when using our products that is available to us without disproportionate effort.
Please write us an email at service@kardena.de stating the product used, the app used, your email address, and, if possible, a screenshot of the app's home screen. We will make the available data available to you in a machine-readable format and assist you in exercising your rights.
