Your right of withdrawal at a glance

• As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the goods. In the case of goods from a single order that are delivered separately, the period generally begins upon receipt of the last item.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period by means of an unequivocal declaration. A statement of reasons is not required.
• After declaring your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days at the latest. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period has expired.
• The goods do not need to be in their original packaging to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we ask that you return the goods as complete as possible and securely packaged.
• Compensation for loss of value may be charged if the loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
• You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided you have been informed accordingly about this obligation.
• In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, in accordance with statutory requirements.
• For the refund, we will generally use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
