Why OSRAM?

OSRAM is one of the world's leading sensor manufacturers and is known for its state-of-the-art optical technologies. For the CARE Air 3, we are specifically relying on the OSRAM SFH2703 sensors, a further development of the proven SFH2701 that was already used in our CARE Plus 1 and CARE Pro 2 . These sensors measure blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and blood flow in the upper layers of the skin using a combination of 680 nm, 750 nm, and 910 nm infrared light.

Compared to conventional smartwatches, which often use only a single light wavelength, OSRAM's multispectral technology offers significantly higher measurement precision. This means more accurate health data and a better basis for personal health prevention for our customers.
